Opinions are cheap.  Cuz everyone has them.  Having friends to confide in is also important but nothing, I mean nothing, is more valuable that therapy for your mental health. Just my 2cents.
 
Its also important to have representation in spaces like mental health sector // therapists so that patients can see doctors and professionals that look like them, Like me. Like us.
